If you've made it to phase three - Congratulations.


Time: Your scouts will tell you which slot you're in.

SLOT 1 - ARRIVE AT 8:30 AM
SLOT 2 - ARRIVE AT 9:30 AM
SLOT 3 - ARRIVE AT 10:30 AM
SLOT 4 - ARRIVE AT 11:30 AM

Important: The time schedule is SUPER STRICT (IF YOU MISS YOUR SLOT - YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR SHOT AND DO THE CLASS) Resulting in you being CUT from the project.

Venue: Movement X Umhlanga, Beacon Rock, 21 Lighthouse Road, Umhlanga Rocks

After getting your shot with Courtney, you will have to fill in a form from Movement X, then take part in a class session with them.

Dress Code: Gym/Fitness attire 


Hair and makeup: Hair tied or away from face where possible. Makeup - As natural as possible.

I am SO excited for phase 3 on Saturday morning and I hope you’re all ready! ⚡
I don’t know how much you know or don’t know about what Saturday is looking like BUT what I want you all to do is come ready to show off what YOUR body CAN DO! 
Here are some Inspo photos for the vibe that I’m looking for - ranging from some basic body positions to positions that could be quite challenging to get in to. Either way I want you to come prepared for a pose that BEST represents YOU. Don’t compare your pose to what someone else can do. Don’t compare your body to what someone else looks like. 
If you want to stand, stand fierce. If you want to crouch, show off your legs! If you want to bend into some strange position, then bring it. Focus on you and you’ll kill Saturday! ⚡
